Really sucks since you only get about 30 min ride time out of it. I put it on the hose out of water and only found a trickle near the exhaust hose (4 inch black one on left side of ski inside the hull) but that is a trickle and I tightened the screw and no more leak. I filled the hull with about 5 inches of water and didn't find any leaks. So as soon as I put the ski on the trailer and drain the water and palce back in it run fine again till it fills with about the norm of 4 inches of water. the same happens the speed drops to about 35 mph and rpm's to about 6000 (norm 7200). Now it is taking on the same amount of water (not sinking but enough to affect eng performace that to start I would able to do 45-50 on the oem speedo with 2 up to only about 35mph (with the water))in about 30min w/o doing 360's or letting anything go below the water line much. I would have to place it back on the trailer and drain it. For years my took on more water than most especially when doing 360's and such where the water line or open areas (ie seat lines/front hood opening) went below water.
